Scarborough Research surveyed America’s cities which city’s citizens most frequently eat at fast food restaurants. Take your guess of who is #1!


The South is the fast food capital of America. And Birmingham, Alabama is the dubious winner of #1 in America. Here’s the top ten:

Birmingham, Alabama

Lexington, Kentucky

Atlanta, Georgia

Dallas/Ft. Worth

Louisville, Kentucky

Memphis, Tennessee

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Indianapolis, Indiana

Knoxville, Tennessee

Columbus, Ohio

The South represents 7 out of the top 10 U.S. cities.
