Bottle water costs more than gasoline on a per gallon basis. And we end up throwing 60 million water bottles away a day! Think about that, we use the bottle for may 5-10 minutes and the waste product lasts a lifetime. “Cost more, delivers less.”

We would like to use tap water but our municipal water systems seem to be suspect. Is it clean or have we flushed so much medicine and other “things” into our water system that we are ingesting future health threats into our bodies? And in many parts of the U.S. the supply of water is becoming an increasingly important issue both in terms of availability and cost.

Atmospheric Water Systems, Inc.’s Dewpointe maybe an answer. It harvests water from our air. We all know humidity and for those of us graced with the opportunity to have lived in the South we appreciate exactly how water is held by our air. So Dewpointe is basically an evaporation machine that pulls the water out of the air, filters it and delivers clean, pure water for half the cost of bottle water. “Cost less, means more.”

One question I am constantly asked is, “What can I do to green my office?” Dewpointe is an interesting potential answer. It does consume about 10 kWh of electricity per day, so that’s a negative. But it can eliminate your office’s need for bottle water and plastic cups if people will use good old fashion glasses. And the water requires no associate vehicle transportation or water system pumping to arrive at your location. The device is smaller than a three drawer file cabinet and will dehumidify a room which will also reduce the need for air conditioning. It is plug and play with no technical installation required.

There is another consideration for a device like the Dewpointe and that is emergency situations. One ramification of Climate Change is more extreme weather that can impact our source of electricity and water supply. A Dewpointe machine and a back-up electrical generator will insure a drinkable water supply after extreme acts of nature.

Atmospheric Water Systems, Inc. is deploying the key recipe ingredients of The Secret Green Sauce™ (available at www.earth2017.com). They have “aligned value with values” by offering a price competitive solution to the quality, availability and cost of bottled and municipal supplied water.
